Kohlrabi Mash

Serves: 2 – 4

 

1 Kohl Rabi

1 potato medium size

1 small parsnip

2 cups water

1/3 cup milk

1 tbsp butter

tsp nutmeg

 

 

 

 

 

 

Peel and roughly chop, Kohl Rabi,  medium potato and small parsnip and place in a saucepan. Add water and boil until all vegetables are tender (10-15 mins).

Once cooked, drain the water and add milk, butter and nutmeg and mash until smooth.

Serve hot.
